Starting a career in the creative industry can be challenging there are a lot of choices to be made and it's important to find the right role for your passions and skill set. 

In this course, you are guided through the decisions and challenges which will come up early in your career by two creative professionals. Martin, who has been working in the industry and teaching design for more than 10 years and Emily, who graduated only a year ago and has recently started her career. 

Each instructor provides tips on creating a personal brand, how to manage time, improving your software skills and how to grow in confidence. 

This course is conversation driven and not only explores the challenges, both instructors have faced and their different perspectives but provides great insight and advice for anyone looking to start their creative career.

Certificate

Upon completion of this course you will receive a Certificate as a testament to your new skills.

Martin Perhiniak

Emily Melling

Emily Melling is a freelance designer who is passionate about the entire creative process and most excited about developing ideas. She strives to build strong, long lasting relationships with clients to enable her to understand the core values of the company and what they do. She is very hands on and like understanding as much as possible about a project or business, as she found this produces the best design solutions being aware of how the design elements will be seen or used day to day.
